RIG-Lok Connectors

Amphenol Industrial RIG-Lok Connectors feature patented RADSOK® technology and deliver high power from the source to the load. These reverse bayonet connectors offer a higher amperage rating and lower temperature rise and insertion/removal forces compared to existing rugged connectors. They have up to a 1135A current rating, 2500V_AC voltage rating, and work with wire gauges from 4/0AWG through 777MCM. The RIG-Lok series features a touch-proof, dead-front contact design when unmated. The plug contains an 18mm RADSOK socket and the receptacle contains an 18mm pin with the option of crimp, 2 hole busbar, or threaded busbar termination. The 18mm RIG-Lok Connectors are ideal for high amperage applications such as electrical generators, fuel cells, load banks, and charging systems. Other applications include rugged/harsh environments, land-drilling equipment, oilfields, and much more.
