Regolatori lineari a basso dropout TPS723x

I regolatori lineari a basso dropout TPS723x di Texas Instruments offrono una combinazione ideale di funzionalità per supportare applicazioni a basso rumore. Gli LDO TPS723x possono operare con tensioni di ingresso da -10 V a -2,7 V e supportano le uscite da -10 V a -1,2 V. Gli LDO sono stabili, con condensatori in ceramica piccoli e a basso costo, inoltre includono funzioni di abilitazione (EN) e riduzione del rumore (NR). Il dispositivo offre protezioni come cortocircuiti termici e sovracorrente, fornite dalla logica di rilevamento interno e spegnimento. L’alto PSRR (65 dB a 1 kHz) e il basso rumore (60µVRMS) rendono il TPS723x di Texas Instruments ideale per applicazioni a basso rumore.
