Convertitori CC-CC step-down TPS543xx/TPS545xx di Texas Instruments

TPS54340 e TPS54540 di Texas Instruments sono convertitori CC-CC step-down da 42 V con ingresso da 3,5 A o 5 A, con un MOSFET integrato a monte. TPS54360 e TPS54560 di TI sono convertitori CC-CC step-down da 60 V con ingresso da 3,5 A o 5 A, con un MOSFET integrato a monte. I dispositivi TPS54341/TPS54541 e TPS54361/TPS54561 offrono una frequenza di commutazione regolabile di 100 kHz - 2,5 MHz, mentre i dispositivi TPS543x0 e TPS545x0 hanno una frequenza di commutazione fissa di 100 kHz - 2,5 MHz. Questi convertitori step-down di TI sopravvivono agli impulsi di assorbimento di carico fino a 65 V, in base alla norma ISO 7637. Tutte le parti offrono alta efficienza con carichi leggeri con modalità eco a salto d'impulso.
