3-Phase Bridge Power Modules

Vishay Semiconductors 3-Phase Bridge Power Modules are easy-to-use MTP modules with a solderless method for contacting PressFit pins to the PCB. These modules offer low VF, 3500VRMS insulation voltage, and low junction to case thermal resistance. The low-profile package saves space while optimizing the electrical layout of the application-specific power supplies. Applications for Vishay Semiconductors 3-Phase Bridge Power Modules include power conversion machines, welding, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), heavy duty, and more.
