Transistor bipolari ad alta potenza PHPT6xx03

I transistor bipolari ad alta potenza PHPT6xx03 di NXP sono i primi dispositivi del settore disponibili in package in plastica SOT-669 (LFPAK) a montaggio superficiale (SMD). Inoltre, sono disponibili in versioni NPN o PNP con tensione nominale collettore-emettitore di 60 V e 100 V e con collettore di corrente di 3 ampere. Questi dispositivi offrono caratteristiche eccezionali, tra cui alta capacità di dissipazione della potenza termica, requisiti di risparmio di spazio sulla PCB e alto rendimento energetico grazie alla minore generazione di calore. Le applicazioni tipiche comprendono gestione dell'alimentazione, commutazione di carico, regolatore di tensione della modalità lineare e applicazioni di retroilluminazione.
