ISL85415 Switching Regulator

Renesas Electronics ISL85415 Switching Regulator utilizes synchronous operation to deliver high-efficiency Regulation and includes integrated high-side and low-side FETs to remove the need for external FETs or diodes. The stability provided by the device's internal compensation means that spacious external compensation schemes aren't required for most applications. With an input voltage range from 3V to 36V and continuous output current up to 500mA, the ISL85415 provides a flexible design solution that can deliver both the dependability needed for high voltage industrial applications and the PFM mode efficiency needed for battery-powered devices.
