Driver LED boost/buck-boost TPS92365x

I driver LED boost/buck-boost non sincroni TPS92365x di Texas Instruments hanno un ampio intervallo di ingresso da 4,5 V a 65 V. Integrando l'interruttore NMOS di lato basso, i dispositivi possono pilotare LED e carica batterie con alta densità di potenza e alta efficienza. Questi dispositivi sono disponibili con limiti di corrente tipici di 1,5 A (TPS922650), 3 A (TPS922651, TPS922652 e TPS922653) e 6,5 A (TPS922654 e TPS922655). Il TPS92365x supporta anche il collegamento ad anodo comune e il design PCB a strato singolo. La frequenza di commutazione è configurabile da 100 kHz a 2,2 MHz con una funzionalità opzionale di spettro diffuso per prestazioni EMI migliori.
