XC6138 Multi-Function Voltage Detectors

Torex Semiconductor XC6138 Multi-Function Voltage Detectors feature a separate power supply pin and voltage detection pin (sense pin), which supports high withstand voltage 76V operation. This enables the direct monitoring of 12V/24V and similar power lines without using divided resistance, resulting in higher accuracy, lower power consumption, reduced use of space, and improved reliability. The XC6138 also allows the user to set both the detection voltage and the release voltage, supporting a variety of voltage lines. The delay time can be externally adjusted via an external capacitor, making it possible to select the detection/release delay time ratio. Torex Semiconductor XC6138 Multi-Function Voltage Detectors include a manual reset function. The series is available in a space-saving DFN1515-6A package with 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.38mm dimensions and is ideal for applications with limited circuit board mounting space.

These voltage detectors offer highly accurate voltage detection with minimal temperature drift. The XC61x voltage detectors offer low power consumption, and integrated delay circuits ensure reliable operation without the need for external components. These voltage detectors are available in CMOS or N-channel open drain output configurations. The XC61x voltage detectors are EU RoHS-compliant and Pb-free. Typical applications include energy harvesting, wearable devices, smart meters, microcontroller reset and malfunction monitoring, battery voltage monitoring, system power-on reset, and power failure detection.
