These features allow designers to meet compact, high-efficiency design requirements, eliminating the need to specify larger diodes for higher-current applications. Bourns CD-DF Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer a forward current of 4A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 600V and 1000V. The compact size makes these modules well-suited for use in high-density board designs. These devices can also be mounted onto the bottom side of PCB assemblies.
