RF Magnetics

Coilcraft RF Magnetics are a broad range of high-performance, surface-mount RF Magnetic components. These RF Magnetics include high-Q/tight-tolerance ceramic-core and high-inductance ferrite-core chip inductors as small as 0201 (0603) size; ultra-high Q, high current, non-magnetic air core inductors; bias/broadband inductors and chokes; broadband RF transformers; and RFID transponder coils. Coilcraft also offers fixed and tunable through-hole inductors. The components range in inductance from 500pH to 14.8mH with maximum DC currents from 30mA to 13.4A.

AEC-Q200 Qualified Products

Coilcraft offers an expansive array of AEC-Q200 products designed to withstand extreme temperatures. These products meet the strict quality standards of AEC-Q200 requirements and are viable for use in harsh automotive environments. Coilcraft offers a wide range of off-the-shelf products and custom engineered solutions to meet the automotive industry's need for high reliability, high volume magnetics.

AEC-Q200 Grade 1 RFID Transponder Coils

Coilcraft AEC-Q200 Grade 1 RFID Transponder Coils are engineered for RFID applications at 125kHz and are wound on a plastic base for increased durability against harsh mechanical shock. Board adhesion is significantly increased by the uniquely shaped terminals.

RFID Transponder Coils

Coilcraft RFID Transponder Coils offer up to 5% tolerance and are designed for RFID applications at 125kHz. The 4308RV series features a low profile design and an extended length that allows longer read ranges. The 4312RV and 5315TC components are designed to withstand harsh mechanical shock, making them ideal for tire pressure monitoring systems. 4513TC coils offer better sensitivity, greater read distance, and higher SRF than other coils its size. ZXC Z-axis coils are 10mm x 2mm and can be used with any other RFID coils for complete three-dimensional solutions. The 4513TC, 4312RV, and 5315TC series are AEC-Q200 compliant.
