TLP3306 Photorelay Photocoupler

Toshiba TLP3306 Photorelay Photocoupler is a photo MOSFET optically coupled with an infrared light-emitting diode. The TLP3306 is housed in a tiny USOP package. The TLP3306 has a low ON Resistance of 1.0Ω (typ.), 1.5Ω (max), and a high isolation voltage of 500Vrms (min.). TLP3306 has the ability to switch high-current loads accurately, this makes it applicable for space-limited switching applications.
