IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

TLC59116/TLC59116-Q1 LED Sink Driver

Texas Instruments TLC59116/TLC59116-Q1 Constant-Current LED Sink Driver is an I²C-Bus controlled 16-channel LED driver. This driver is optimized for red/green/blue/amber (RGBA) color mixing and backlight applications. Each LED output has its own 8-bit resolution (256 steps) fixed frequency individual PWM controller that operates at 97kHz, which is adjustable from 0% to 99.6%. The individual PWM controller allows each LED to be set to a specific brightness value. An additional 8-bit resolution (256 steps) group PWM controller has a fixed frequency of 190Hz and an adjustable frequency between 24Hz to once every 10.73 seconds. This second PWM controller has an adjustable duty cycle from 0% to 99.6%. The group PWM controller dims or blinks all LEDs with the same value. Each LED output can be off, on (no PWM control), or set at its individual PWM controller value at both individual and group PWM controller values. The TLC59116-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
