15BJ 1500W Transient Voltage Suppressors

Eaton Electronics 15BJ 1500W Transient Voltage Suppressors offer a 1500W peak pulse power rating and excellent clamping capability in a low-profile SMBF package. These suppressors feature a fast response time of typically less than 1ps and plastic packaging that meets UL 94V-0 flammability ratings. The 15BJ 1500W Transient Voltage Suppressors are ideal for telecommunications, appliances, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.

High Power TVS Diodes

Eaton High Power TVS Diodes deliver reliable overvoltage protection with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability for electronic equipment. These devices utilize silicon avalanche technology to protect critical circuits against damaging transient surges, including electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient (EFT), and lightning strikes. The high peak power, current capability, and fast-acting response times make these diodes ideal for protecting critical circuits. Eaton High Power TVS Diodes are available in surface-mount and radial or through-hole footprints in industry-standard sizes for both ESD and high-power suppression. Typical applications include 5G, consumer, computing, energy, industrial, and medical devices.

Automotive-Rated HP TVS Diodes

Eaton Automotive-Rated High Power Transient Voltage Suppression (HP TVS) Diodes provide overvoltage protection for electronic equipment with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability. These highly reliable TVS diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in both surface-mount and radial/through-hole footprints. The modules utilize silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges, from electrostatic discharge (ESD) to induced lightning. Eaton automotive-rated HP TVS diodes include product families that meet up to ISO 16750-2 5a and 5b standards. These diodes are ideal for protecting critical circuits.

5G Applications

Eaton Electronics offers an expansive portfolio of high-reliability components needed to drive 5G forward. Because 5G telecommunication units are typically placed in rugged environments, continuous uptime requirements for their operation and the reliability of the internal electronics are of great importance. Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.

TVS Diode ESD Suppressors

Eaton Electronics TVS Diode ESD Suppressors provide a 3.3V to 70V reverse working range with a peak pulse current of up to 240A and capacitance as low as 0.07pF. These suppressors deliver highly reliable protection against fast and damaging voltage transients, such as electrostatic discharge, electrically fast transients, and induced lightning. The TVS diodes are offered in discrete and arrays and feature a fast response time, high-voltage withstand capability, long life, and low capacitance. These attributes make these diodes ideal for sensitive ICs with high-speed interfaces.
